Deciding to change careers, I wanted/needed to update my computer skills. I was enrolled in Basic Computer Skills and then Workplace Computer Skills. PICS keep classes small to focus on your learning and as a result we were able to get a lot of one-to-one help. The instructor is patient and knowledgeable. I was able to cover Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. I learned a lot in a short time and feel much more confident. A lot of what I learned will allow me to save time and effort. I felt welcome and comfortable to ask questions. The staff are kind and very generous. I enjoyed my time and feel grateful for the opportunity. Many thanks to Ish and Sharon! I deeply appreciate the teachers Will and Nirmaljeet at PICS Community who led my Food Safety and First Aid training.
