Please be aware that course fees, once charged, are non-refundable
If you are late, you might not be allowed to join the class because of certification rules related to time and content missed. Late participants cannot get a refund or reschedule and must pay the full fee.
A student is considered a no-show if they register but do not attend and do not notify the PICS Employability Training Centre. No-shows are not eligible for a refund and must pay the full fee. Course transfers are not allowed for no-shows.
If you are sick and can’t attend, you must notify PICS Employability Training Centre before the course starts. A doctor’s note may be needed to allow a transfer to a different course date.
